The facility is situated in central Ukraine, 15 km from the city of Vinnytsia towards Uman, just 200 meters from the M-30 highway.
The core business of the enterprise is the breeding and sale of live pigs to meat processing plants, with an annual output of approximately 1,000–1,100 tons.
Founded in 2005, the company initially acquired pig farm premises with all utilities within the Voronovytsia territorial community, carried out major renovations, and leased 12.45 hectares of land for 45 years for servicing the facilities, along with a separate 1-hectare plot with silage pits. Part of the land is designated for agricultural use. All necessary permits and licenses for operations are in place.
Over the years, the enterprise has strengthened its position in animal husbandry, gaining significant expertise. Leveraging import permits, it has repeatedly purchased pedigree breeding animals from Germany and Denmark to develop elite pig breeds.
Currently, the farm operates with five Duroc boars, one Large White boar, and one Landrace boar of Danish genetics, along with 400 sows and 60–70 gilts. The total herd today exceeds 5,300 head. The business maintains strong relations with grain suppliers, veterinary authorities, and meat plants that purchase livestock.
The farm complex includes 8 buildings with a total area of about 8,000 m²: a farrowing unit, two fattening units, a gilt unit, feed mill, warehouse, laboratory with boar station, quarantine facility, equipment garage, mini-fuel station, cellar, generator room, office with accounting and canteen, as well as sanitary facilities with changing rooms. Additional infrastructure includes a 6 m³ autonomous cold storage for animal by-products, a 60-ton weighbridge for both feed and livestock, a security checkpoint, four closed lagoons for manure storage, and two newly built modern lagoons.
