Development project description:
- Ability to modernize the hotel up to three- or four-star category.
- The hotel is located closely to The Expocenter of Ukraine National Complex, which is happened to be the organizer of international exhibitions, fairs and other events with 1 mln visitors per year.
- The hotel is located closely to the biggest park area – Golosievskiy Park.
- The hotel is built on one of the main streets of the city with the active automobile and pedestrian traffic.
- The hotel is situated along the blue subway line (the Kurenivsko-Chervonoarmiyska Line), close to VDNH subway station.
Renovation project options:
- Hotel renovation by further construction of 5 additional floors, main building area extension and organization of a café. This variant provides a breakdown of the hotel during the reconstruction period. It is possible to modernize the hotel up to three-star category.
- A possibility to extent the size of the main building by constructing separate tree-star hotels on 60-80 suites nearby and without removing the hotel from service.

Advantages
