30,000-Tonne Linear Grain Elevator Put Up for Sale in Vinnytsia Region

According to InVenture, an operating linear grain elevator with a simultaneous flat storage capacity of 30,000 tonnes is being offered for sale in Vinnytsia region

The elevator is located in the village of Karolina, Vinnytsia district, directly adjacent to the Karolina railway station of the Southwestern Railway, providing direct access to rail logistics.

The facility operates as a full-scale infrastructure complex for the intake, processing, storage, and shipment of grain and oilseed crops. It serves agricultural producers from Vinnytsia and neighboring regions, has an established client base, and is integrated into regional logistics chains.

In 2008, the elevator became part of an international agricultural group, after which a large-scale reconstruction and equipment modernization program was implemented. This enabled improvements in throughput, reliability, and the quality of operational processes. The enterprise has initiated the implementation of an HACCP system, as well as occupational health and environmental projects, creating a foundation for cooperation with institutional clients and international traders.

The elevator’s infrastructure includes 10 flat storage warehouses with a total capacity of 30,000 tonnes. The complex handles a wide range of crops, including wheat, corn, barley, sunflower, soybeans, rapeseed, and peas. Intake capacity reaches up to 2,000 tonnes per day. Truck loading capacity is up to 1,000 tonnes per day, while rail shipments reach up to 700 tonnes per day, with a rail frontage allowing simultaneous handling of up to four railcars.

The drying facilities comprise two DSP-32 grain dryers with a capacity of 3 MW each, while grain cleaning is performed by a Denis NR403 drum cleaner with a capacity of up to 70 tonnes per hour. The permitted electrical capacity of the facility is 444 kW.

The property complex is situated on a 4.63-hectare land plot held under lease. The site layout allows for further development of the asset, including the installation of additional storage capacities or expansion of logistics infrastructure.

The starting sale price of the grain elevator property complex is $1.5 million, VAT included. The asset may be of interest to agricultural holdings, grain traders, logistics operators, and financial investors focused on stable infrastructure projects in agriculturally intensive regions of Ukraine.
