The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine announced that permission was granted to Lobiu Sala AB (Stockholm, Sweden) to acquire shares of Agro Region Stockholm Holding (Stockholm, Sweden ), which ensures that 50% of the votes are exceeded in the supreme governing body of the company.
A similar permit was granted for another 25% of the company's shares.
The Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations indicates that Agro Region Stockholm Holding is the founder of Agro Region Ukraine LLC, the ultimate beneficiary is Lars Peter Elam Hakansson (Sweden).
Earlier, the ex-general director of “Ukroboronprom” Aivaras Abromavicius confirmed that he owns a 20% stake in the agricultural company Agro Region. He also noted that six partners in the agricultural company are the same as in East Capital, "but with different shares."
Agro-Region Ukraine LLC, founded in 2002, specializes in crop and dairy farming. The company cultivates 38,000 hectares of land in the Kyiv, Chernigiv, Zhytomyr and Khmelnitsky regions.
