The asset includes a transport company with a long-standing history in the grain logistics market, its own vehicle fleet, a motor depot covering more than 8 hectares, and infrastructure for servicing freight transport.
The facility is located in the central part of Ukraine, in one of the country’s key agricultural regions. The location provides access to elevators, agricultural producers, farming enterprises, port routes at a distance of approximately 270–340 km, as well as five oil extraction plants within a radius of 150–200 km.
The company has been operating on the market since 2002 and specialized in the transportation of agricultural products, particularly grain cargoes. Until 2022, the group of companies was among the notable participants in the agricultural logistics market of central Ukraine and had experience in transporting up to 1 million tonnes of cargo per year.
The company’s transport fleet includes more than 40 road trains, including semi-trailers and drawbar combinations. The fleet consists of foreign-brand trucks, including Scania and MAN. During peak periods, the company had experience managing a fleet of up to 120 road trains, including hired transport.
The asset includes a motor depot with a total area of more than 8 hectares in private ownership. The infrastructure includes an administrative building of 768 sq. m, vehicle boxes and repair workshops with equipment covering 3,403 sq. m and 3,538 sq. m, a car wash of 122 sq. m, an on-site filling station, own water supply and stable electricity supply, including from railway infrastructure.
In addition to the transportation of agricultural products, the company has experience in transporting tankers, containers, pallets, food products and general cargo. The existing infrastructure allows the asset to be used not only as a transport base, but also as a platform for developing logistics, service, production or processing activities.
During the wartime transformation of the market, the company preserved its corporate structure, key assets, transport framework and operational readiness. A potential buyer may use the complex to restore grain logistics, scale the transport business, integrate it into their own agricultural or export structure, and create a regional logistics or production hub.
