The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has officially authorised one of the companies affiliated with the founder of Alebor Group to acquire an agricultural asset that previously formed part of Agroprosperis.
Under the regulator’s decision dated 5 February 2026, LLC “Plemzavod Ukraina” received approval to obtain control over LLC “LATAGROINVEST”, a company that is part of the Agroprosperis group. One of the ultimate beneficiaries of the buyer is Oleksii Kustov, founder and key owner of Alebor Group.
LLC “LATAGROINVEST” cultivates 6,050 hectares of agricultural land in the Cherkasy and Vinnytsia regions and specialises in the production of grain and industrial crops. The asset is considered one of Agroprosperis’ key holdings in central Ukraine, where competition for productive land and logistical advantages remains high.
According to estimates by InVenture, the value of the transaction may exceed $10m.
In recent years, Agroprosperis has been gradually reducing its land bank through the sale of individual assets.
- in March 2026, the Antimonopoly Committee approved the sale of the private agricultural enterprise Zoria, which was also part of Agroprosperis.
- in April 2025, the regulator authorised the transfer of two companies with land banks in the Sumy region to another buyer.
For Alebor Group, the transaction represents a further expansion of its presence in Ukraine’s central agricultural regions. The group already farms substantial land areas in the Kyiv, Cherkasy, Vinnytsia and other regions, and is also developing its grain storage and commodity trading businesses.
