Venco Imtiaz Contracting Co intends to invest in the construction of new buildings in Cherkassy as part of a targeted American program for internally displaced persons.
Investors are considering the possibility of implementing this project in the most attractive cities.
“We were one of the first to comply with the order of the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky to allocate land for this program. This was a determining factor and attracted the interest of American investors. In addition, the main condition when choosing a site for construction is accessibility to infrastructure. This, of course, was taken into account when developing the general plan,” noted mayor Anatoly Bondarenko.
Cherkasy became the second home for more than 30 thousand displaced people. Currently there are 2 shelters for IDPs in the city, where about 500 people live, but the need for housing exists. In addition, the infrastructure is designed for 500 thousand people. Now about 300 thousand people live in Cherkassy.
“Cherkasy amazed us with its cleanliness, cleanliness and comfort. Your city has every chance to win and receive a grant for the implementation of the project,” said Venco Imtiaz Contracting Co director Rahimullah Shahsawar.
