Namsen Limited increases ownership in Kernel up to 38.39% stake

Namsen limited purchased 208 917 shares of Kernel Holding S.A for USD 2.83mln on October 26

Namsen Limited purchased 208 917 shares of Kernel Holding S.A for USD 2.83mln increasing its equity from 38.13% to 38.39%, according to Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE). The average price per share stood at USD 13.55, according to the exchange rates of National Bank of Poland. Namsen Limited is associated with Andrey Verevskiy, the chairman of the Kernel holding.

Kernel is a major sunflower oil producer and trader with its major assets in Ukraine. At this, the company makes trades with other agricultural products from the countries of the Black Sea region. The company is a vertically integrated business operating in planting, production and exports of sunflower oil. The company has been trading at WSE since 2007.
