The agricultural company "Archi" LLC (Vinnytsya region) has filed a corresponding application with the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine for the purchase of more than 50% in "Agro Capital Center" LLC and "Yavkino Holding" LLC.
The Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs indicates that the beneficiary of both companies is Peter Krogman and owns 63.3% of Agro Capital Center and 74.77% of Yavkino Holding, he also heads the board of directors of Agromino agricultural holding.
As for “Archi” LLC, Nikolay Kravchenko’s “Aronis LTD” LLC and Viktor Danilevich’s “Novobudservis” PJSC own 50% each, while other beneficiaries are the owner of “Agrograd V” LLC in Vinnitsya, Yuriy Shapirenko, and lawyer Anatoly Chernyak.
"Agro Capital Center" specializes in the cultivation of grain and industrial crops, as well as the trade in grain, seeds and animal feed. The company has existed since 2008 and is part of the Agromino agricultural holding.
Agromino (formerly Trigon Agri) was founded in 2006. Specializes in grain and dairy production, trade in agricultural crops. In Ukraine, the company owns three elevators with a one-time storage capacity of 85,000 tons. The land bank of the company is about 45,000 hectares in Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, Kirovograd regions.
