Investment holding company ARS Capital, owned by businessman Maksym Krippa, has consolidated 100% ownership of Age Management System, a company developing projects in preventive medicine, healthtech and biotech. The holding company announced the transaction on August 14.
The deal is part of ARS Capital’s strategy to expand its investment portfolio in biotechnology and nanotechnology. The holding views preventive medicine as a promising segment focused on maintaining health and quality of life before serious diseases develop.
“This is a long-term investment in a technological and medical ecosystem that will help people maintain their quality of life, mental health, energy and ability to work for longer. We want modern preventive medicine technologies to gradually become accessible to every Ukrainian,” said Maksym Krippa, CEO of ARS Capital.
Age Management System was founded by physician and PhD in Medical Sciences Yevhen Shagov. The company focuses on preventive medicine, personalized health management and age management. Its business is structured as an ecosystem combining clinical, educational and technological activities.
The company’s key product is AM System, a long-term medical support service. It includes comprehensive health diagnostics, consultations with specialized physicians, monitoring of metabolic and hormonal indicators, development of personalized health maintenance programs, IV therapy, as well as the use of biotechnology and medical device-based solutions.
AM System was established as one of Ukraine’s first specialized age management clinics. When launching the project, the team drew on international experience in preventive medicine, including practices developed in Japan, Europe and the United States.
Following the acquisition of Age Management System, ARS Capital plans to expand the company’s technology platform and introduce advanced medical equipment and solutions. The holding identifies the development of a preventive healthcare culture as one of its priority areas, with regular health management becoming part of a person’s lifestyle before diseases emerge.
ARS Capital also plans to place particular emphasis on mental health and the rehabilitation of people who have experienced war-related trauma. In particular, the holding is considering launching specialized professional support and recovery programs for people with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
According to YouControl data, the authorized capital of JSC Closed Non-Diversified Venture Corporate Investment Fund “Age Management Ecosystem” amounts to UAH 107.5 million. Prior to the consolidation of the business, Maksym Krippa and Yevhen Shagov each held a 50% stake in the fund. On March 12, Krippa acquired Marina Shagova’s stake, after which the ownership structure changed. As a result, ARS Capital obtained 100% ownership of the Age Management System business.
The new investment expands Maksym Krippa’s portfolio beyond his traditional areas of real estate, technology and media. His assets include esports organization Natus Vincere, game developer GSC Game World, known for the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series, media platform and broadcasting studio Maincast, and mobile game developer Burny Games.
Property development and commercial real estate also account for a significant share of Krippa’s investment portfolio. In Kyiv, the businessman owns Hotel Ukraine, the Parus Business Center and the International Exhibition Centre. In April 2026, he also became a co-owner of the Dnipro Hotel. His portfolio additionally includes other real estate assets in Ukraine and abroad.
The acquisition of Age Management System therefore marks ARS Capital’s entry into a new sector for the group — preventive medicine and healthtech. The holding plans to develop the healthcare ecosystem by combining clinical services, technology and biotechnology solutions, while expanding Ukrainians’ access to personalized health management programs.
