According to the message of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, the company Inter Way Capital, which is owned by Vasily and Yevgeny Astion, will acquire the Ichnya Milk Canning Factory, which is part of the Proviant Group.
It is noted that permission was granted to Inter Way Capital (Kyiv) to acquire shares of the Ichnya Milk Canning Factory (Ichnya, Chernigiv Region), which ensures that 50% of the votes in the supreme governing body of the company are exceeded.
According to the YouControl, the beneficiaries of the Ichnya Milk Canning Plant are Anatoly Sokol (33.57%), Valentin Zaporoshchuk (0.02%) and Marina Kinakh (9.99%).
