The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine allowed LLC Financial Company Fingrup Factor, whose beneficiaries in equal shares are brothers Vasily and Evgeniy Astion, to acquire a share from LLC Development Company Cascade of businessman Vitaly Khomutynnik.
According to the decision of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine dated February 8, 2024, Fingroup Factor received permission to acquire a stake, which ensures that it exceeds 50% of the votes in the highest management body of Cascade.
The company of the Astion brothers also received permission from the department to acquire a stake from Interway Capital LLC, which provides more than 50% of the votes in the highest management body of the company.
Currently, the Astions own the LLC indirectly through PJSC ZNKIF Genesa Capital. Until 2020, Vitaly Khomutynnik was considered a former beneficiary of the financial company Interway Capital.
The owner of “DC Cascade” is PJSC “ZNKIF “Cascade-Invest”, the final beneficiary is Vitaly Khomutynnik.
The company did not generate revenue in 2022, according to its financial statements. The value of its assets amounted to 724.8 million UAH, liabilities totaled 315.6 million UAH.
