According to the agenda of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) meeting scheduled for July 10, Power Place LLC has applied for permission to acquire control over Zhytomyrski Investytsii LLC.

Power Place is engaged in real estate acquisition and sales. Zhytomyrski Investytsii was established in December 2024 and, according to data from YouControl, is owned by Oksana Palytsia, the former wife of Ukrainian businessman and politician Ihor Palytsia. The company holds two land plots in Zhytomyr region and seven real estate properties in Zhytomyr, including the Central Department Store located at 37 Kyivska Street.

Hennadii Butkevych, co-founder of the ATB retail group, is also actively involved in the real estate development sector. His development company, BGV Development, was launched in June 2024. Butkevych has previously invested in residential construction and a new stadium project in Zhytomyr. Press releases have highlighted his focus on developing sports and recreational infrastructure in the region.

In October 2024, BGV Group Management entered into a strategic partnership with Saga Development, beginning with the Boston Creative House project. The following month, Butkevych launched the construction of Equides Villas, a premium cottage community located in Lisnyky near Kyiv. The 5,312 sq.m complex is designed for 51 villas and will be integrated into the territory of the Equides equestrian club.

In April 2025, the company opened its first shopping center, Rozh, in the Kroshnia district of Zhytomyr, at the intersection of Atamaniv Sokolovskykh Street and Nezalezhnosti Avenue. The two-story center spans 3,811 sq.m and is built in a retail park format, with separate street-facing entrances and on-site parking. The mall features a panoramic elevator and space for up to 15 stores and cafes.
