kraine’s Minister of Economy Yuliia Svyrydenko announced that AXOR Industry established a manufacturing facility in Dnipro in 2011 with an initial investment of €25 million. In 2022–2023, the company invested further in new production facilities. The total investment has now reached €40 million.
The plant in Dnipro has an annual production capacity of 8 million hardware sets. According to Svyrydenko, it is one of the largest facilities of its kind in Eastern Europe. AXOR currently exports its products to 27 countries worldwide.
The Minister thanked AXOR Industry for demonstrating that war is not an embargo on investment through its continued operations and commitment.
According to Opendatabot, AXOR Industry LLC is owned by Funama Holdings Limited (Cyprus), AMC “Altus Assets Activities” on behalf of the non-diversified closed-end mutual investment fund “Altus-Industrial” (Dnipro), and Basera Holding Limited (Malta). The ultimate beneficiaries are Mustafa, Hasan, and Oan Irem Bashery, as well as Sofiia Kononenko.
Additionally, in 2024, Vadym Yermolaiev — owner of the Alef Corporation — was removed from the list of beneficiaries. In 2023, he was placed on Ukraine’s sanctions list for a period of 10 years.
