On February 17, a tender for the sale of the Gadyachsyr cheese factory was held. The winner was the Chernihiv group of companies "Proviant", the head and owner of which is Valentyn Zaporoshchuk (TM "Ichnya", TM MamaMilla).
At the first auction in September 2024, the price of the cheese factory was 99.2 million UAH. Due to the absence of participants, the tender did not take place. The starting price of the second auction is 73.4 million UAH.
The new owner will receive a complex of industrial buildings and auxiliary structures of the Gadyachsyr factory, two land plots with an area of 4 hectares and 0.7 hectares, as well as about 900 inventory units of various equipment.
Gadyachsyr was declared bankrupt in 2023. In the early 2010s, the annual income of the factory reached 1 billion UAH. (about $ 80 million), and the main export was directed to Russia. By 2023, the company had accumulated more than UAH 2.6 billion in salary debts to suppliers and other contractors.
GC "Proviant" is a leading company in the dairy canning market, which includes the company "Proviant", the production company "Ichnyansky Dairy Canning Plant" and the agricultural enterprise "Mayak".
