The Ukrainian branch of Goodvalley A / S (formerly DANOSHA - IF) completed a deal to acquire 100% of the corporate rights for the agricultural company PE "Galician Agricultural Investments", according to Goodvalley.
 
According to the report, "Galician agricultural investment" is working on 6,5 thousand hectares of leased agricultural land in the Ivano-Frankivsk region.

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) approved the deal, the company said.

As reported, with reference to the AMCU, a pig-breeding company with a 100% Danish capital, "Danosha" (Ivano-Frankivsk region) planned to acquire control over the PE "Galytsky agrarian investments" included in the agroholding "Ukrainian Agricultural Investments" (UAI).

PE "Galytsky agrarian investments" is engaged in the cultivation of grain and oilseeds, the trade in grain, seeds and animal feed.
According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individuals (USR) before the transaction was completed, the founders of the company were Andrey Verevsky and "Ukrainian Agrarian Investments".

Agroholding "Kernel" in June 2017 became a 100% owner of the agricultural holding "Ukrainian agrarian investments."

Kernel is the world's largest producer and exporter of sunflower oil, the leading producer and supplier of agricultural products from the Black Sea region to the world markets. The vertically integrated structure of the company is built on closely interrelated business segments: production, export and domestic sales of sunflower oil; plant growing; export of grain crops; provision of storage and transfer of grain at elevators and port terminals.

The company in 2017FG reduced its net profit by 21.7% to $ 176.2 million, while its revenue increased by 9.1% to $ 2.169 billion.
"Danosh" since March 16, 2018 changed its name to "Goodwell Ukraine". It is part of the Axzon A / S-Danish group of companies that develop pig-breeding complexes in Denmark, Poland, Ukraine and Russia. The group is one of the largest pork producers in Poland and Ukraine. In addition to pig farming, in Ukraine the group is engaged in plant growing, production of mixed fodders, biogas and electricity.
