Dmytro Firtash sold the license of the Motronivsky Mining Plant

Motronivsky Mining Plant sold a license for a titanium deposit in the Dnipropetrovsk region

Motronivsky Mining Plant, which is at the stage of construction and is part of Dmytro Firtash's Group DF, sold the right to use the subsoil of the Malyshevskoye deposit of zircon-rutile-ilmenite-bearing sands in the Dnipropetrovsk region.

License #3640 dated December 31, 2004 was supposed to be revoked by the National Security and Defense Council as part of the sanctions against Firtash, but the court forbade it to be done.

Motronivsky Mining Plant - informed the court that on June 25, 2024, i.e. the day after the presidential decree on sanctions, it concluded a purchase and sale agreement, according to which the right to mine the Malyshevskoye deposit (Motronivsko-Annovskyi and Severno-Zachidnyi sections) was transferred to LLC " Tiberius Plus".

On July 17, Tiberius Plus appealed to the State Geology and Subsoil Service with a request to make changes to the purchased license, but the company's application was left without consideration.

The court satisfied the claim of Motronivsky Mining Plant.

The State Geology and Subsoil Service was prohibited from making any decisions and taking any actions regarding the cancellation or suspension of the special permit for the use of subsoils No. 3640 until the court's decision on the future lawsuit enters into force.
