According to the AMCU, the deal should provide Dragon Capital with an excess of 50% of votes in the supreme management body of Sur Rose Holding Limited.
According to the Unified State Register, Sur Rose Holding Limited is the owner of Evrozhitlogroup LLC, which, in turn, leases a plot of 0.5 hectares at 57, Lev Tolstoy Street in Kyiv, where the 101 Tower business center is located.
There is no secrecy that the ultimate beneficiaries of Eurozhytlogroup are the son of the former mayor of Kyiv Leonid Chernovetsky – Stepan Chernovetsky (75%) and Ihor Nikonov (25%).
Evrozhitlogroup LLC was established in 2006. The company specializes in leasing and operating its privately owned property and leased real estate.
In 2018 Eurozitlogroup reduced its net loss 2.8 times – to UAH 88.6 million, while revenue was increased by 18% - to UAH 265.994 million. By the end of the year current liabilities amounted to UAH 959.8 million, long-term bank loans – UAH 1.666 billion.
