Dragon Capital buys developer Kray Property

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine gave permission for the acquisition of 50% stake

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine issued permission for Dragon Capital to acquire 50% shares of Kray Property. Krai Property is associated with a businessman Anatoliy Yurkevych, the owner of Milkiland group of companies. Kray Property specializes in retail and wholesale trade of mass consumption goods.

Kray Property manages supermarket chain Kray, a hypermarket Kraina, and Magelan trading centers.

To remind, Sberbank got permission to take over collateralized shopping and recreation center Magelan (total area amounts to 28 500 square meters) in Kyiv from Kray Property upon the revolving credit line facility worth USD 51mln.

Dragon Capital is one of the leading investment banking companies in Ukraine. The final beneficiary of the company is mr. Tomas Fiala, a citizen of the Czech Republic.
