Dragon Capital purchases two business centers in Kyiv

The facilities are Prime and Eurasia in downtown Kyiv

Dragon Capital has completed the acquisition of business centers Prime and Eurasia from PJSC BTA Bank. The deal was structured via New Ukraine PE Holding, a member of the Dragon Capital group of companies. The total space area of Class A Prime and Eurasia are more than 33,000 and 9,000 square meters each respectively.

As of present, the occupancy rate is at its fullest in both centers. Microsoft, PWC, Deloitte, EPAM, Sanofi are major tenants.

The talks lasted more than a year contributing to the increase of commercial property space in over 205 000 square meters with the Dragon Capital group of companies. It reflects the faith in continued revival of business activity in Ukraine, said Tomas Fiala, the CEO of Dragon Capital.
