Dragon Capital to purchase class A business center in downtown Kyiv

Dragon Capital filed for permission from the Anti-monopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) to acquiring Irpin-Budproekt-Plus LLC, the owner of the business center

Dragon Capital plans to acquire more than 50% shares in the charter capital of Irpin-Budproekt-Plus LLC, according to the AMCU.

In 2011, Irpin-Budproekt-Plus bought a land plot of 0.08ha from the Kyiv City Council at Velyka Vasilkivska street for UAH 3.4mln in order to carry a construction of an office complex. As of now, the business center is a 9-storey building with an area of ​​10.6 thousand square meters and a two-level parking for 54 cars.

According to information from websites of real estate agencies, the business center was put up for sale for USD 27mln not so long ago.

Irpin-Budproekt-Plus LLC was established in 2007.  According to the state register, the owners of the company are the Cypriot Akkeron Management Limited and the British Golden Bond Limited and Evis LTD registered in Belize. The final beneficiaries are Angelos Pafitis, Mikhail Postolovsky and Dmitry Yerinov.
