The international GUESS engaged in renewable energy production and electricity co-generation projects revealed its interest in participating in the privatization of Kherson Thermal Power Station.
The reconstruction of Kherson Thermal Power Station will change it to a biofuel power station with a projected capacity of 50MWt of electricity and the same thermal heat production. The investment plan amounts to EUR 300mln for the reconstruction of the thermal power station in Kherson, according to State Agency on Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine.
GUESS has been working in the industry for more than 20 years. The company completed more than 350 projects worldwide. GUESS Ukraine carries biofuel and solar energy projects and develops investment projects in the field for local businesses.
