The EU has provided three tranches for Ukraine in support of reforms for decentralization, transportation and technical standardization in Ukraine. The first tranche worth EUR 23mln was aiming at Budgetary Support of regional development of Ukraine. The whole project is estimated at USD 53mln. The reforms of decentralization and regional politics are bringing first positive results, emphasized the EU Ambassador to Ukraine Hug Mingarelli. The second tranche of EUR 25.9mln was chennled for transportation sector of Ukraine. The third tranche worth EUR 5.14mln was remitted to support bilateral trade. The EU Ambassador to Ukraine confirmed the EU support altogether with other donors of Ukraine for the process of reforms in the country.
