Gennadiy Butkevich and Ivan Nadeyin acquires UT Power energy company

The investment fund of the co-owner of ATB and the company Ukrteplo received the approval of the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the acquisition of control over LLC "UT Power"

On October 3, the Antimonopoly Committee announced the granting of permission to the joint-stock company "Closed non-diversified venture corporate investment fund Magnum" of Gennady Butkevich to acquire, together with Ukrteplo Management Company LLC, control over UT Power LLC.

According to the analytical system Contr Agent, Butkevich's fund owns 18.88% in UT Power. The main owner is Ukrteplo of businessman Ivan Nadein (owner of FC "Veres").

Gennady Butkevich owns the investment company BGV Group Management, which deals with projects in the mining, processing, energy efficiency, retail and development sectors. According to Forbes, his fortune is $530 million. The main assets are ATB, deposits of rare earth metals, uranium and graphite in the Zhytomyr and Kirovohrad regions, the Polissia football club, which plays in the Ukrainian Premier League.
