Epicenter Agro to invest in construction of fertilizer production in Vinnytsia region

The volume of Epicenter Agro's investments in new production is not disclosed

The Epicenter Agro holding, a part of the Epicenter K group of companies, started construction of a plant for the production of urea-ammonium mixture (UAN) and liquid complex fertilizers (RCF) in the Vinnytsia region in 2023.

It is noted that the fertilizers are planned to be used during the 2024 sowing campaign.

The message quotes Svetlana Nikityuk, head of the central office of the department of agricultural issues at Epicenter Agro: “We have very ambitious goals for 2024. Changing the sowing structure, subsequent testing of the no-till system, our own production of fertilizers and a number of other projects are only a small "Part of the challenges that we have set for ourselves. In addition, we are confidently moving towards the introduction of processing of grown products. And this means that we firmly believe in ourselves as a team of professionals, our company Epicenter Agro and the peaceful future of Ukraine."

Epicenter K LLC, established in 2003, has been developing the agricultural business since 2016. The company cultivates over 160 thousand hectares in Vinnytsia, Khmelnitsky, Ternopil, Zhytomyr, Cherkassy and Kyiv regions. The group includes 20 livestock farms and 15 elevator complexes with a total simultaneous storage capacity of 1.5 million tons.
