The German-Ukrainian Fund and KredoBank signed an agreement for UAH 100mln loan aiming at financing of SME in Ukraine. The agreement was reached in the frames of a program for facilitating SME activities in Ukraine financed by the government of Germany via state owned KfW Development Bank and EC EU4Business initiative. The funds will be channeled mainly into companies working in agriculture, forestry and fishing, also processing enterprises, electricity and natural gas suppliers, as well as catering. According to the EU delegation to Ukraine, KredoBank will provide loans under yearly 15% interest rate.
To note, the program of support of SME in Ukraine through KfW Development Bank foresees allocation of UAH 300mln during next 40years.
