Attendify was acquired by Hopin, one of the online event market leaders and one of the fastest-growing companies ever.

In 2016, the Attendify startup raised $1 million in investments from the venture capital fund TMT Investments and the Ukrainain investment company Digital Future, which then acted as a lead investor.

Attendify was founded by Ukrainians Mikhail Balyasny (CEO) and Artem Yaremchuk (COO) in 2011, initially the platform was called KitApps. Attendify's clients include Google, AstraZeneca, Chrysler, Tableau, AOL and others.

Johnny Bufarkhat, CEO and Founder of Hopin, said that with the addition of Attendify, Hopin's event marketing suite is getting even better and the company can provide organizers with more meaningful tools to drive growth.

Attendify's products will enhance Hopin's portfolio in several ways, including Audience CRM (a visitor data platform that automatically captures engagement) and Campaign Manager, which is coming soon to help maintain audience engagement between events.

Attendify CEO Mikhail Balyasny, said that joining the Hopin team will create the best user experience in organizing events.
