Investors from Denmark mull investing in organic food production in Zhytomyr region of Ukraine. At this, the businessmen chose trial fields of Zhytomyr National Agroecological University for investing into cultivation of organic plants.
The Danish investors met with the local authorities in order to discuss many of the prospects of investing in organic agriculture in Zhytomyr region of Ukraine. The parties have agreed upon several business functions in this respect. The state authorities in Zhytomyr region approved support for the Development Program for Agro-industrial production complex of Zhytomyr region including the organic farming initiative of the local agricultural university.
Notably, Zhytomyr National Agroecological University participates in the German-Ukrainian project of organic farming.
