TOP-5 of Israeli investments funds are carrying talks about the perspectives of investing into Ukrainian Hi-Tech, told Eugene Shulgin, the founder of London based companies of London Issuing and Binational Forum. At this, a launching of innovative educational systems is underway under supervision of Israeli interested parties. The educational systems and programs in Israel are unique, thus Kyiv city and other regional administrations have revealed interest to facilitate a setting up of incubators. The projects are not yet ready, as the talks are in their initial stage. Such incubators can be launched together or at the premises of institute, universities, and academies which have laboratories and R&D base.
