The State Property Fund of Ukraine has put up for privatization auction 100% of the shares of JSC “Kharkiv Electrotechnical Plant ‘Transzviazok’.” The auction is scheduled for May 12 through the Prozorro.Sale system, with applications accepted until May 11.
The industrial asset is located in Kharkiv at 16 Sylikatna Street. The key asset is the company’s single property complex, which includes real estate and production infrastructure.
The lot includes 34 buildings and structures with a total area of 36,027.5 sq. m, as well as a fleet of equipment — 24 units of vehicles and special-purpose machinery, including trucks and passenger cars manufactured between 1974 and 2002.
The starting price of the asset is set at UAH 14.4 million. A virtual data room has been opened for potential investors, providing access to detailed documentation on the condition of the enterprise and its assets.
The privatization of the enterprise is taking place as part of the state policy to sell inefficient or non-core assets in order to attract investment and improve the efficiency of property use.
