Rosiland Engineering Limited, registered in Cyprus, got the permission from AMCU on purchasing more than 50% stake in Trading House Kharkiv Tractor Plant (Trading House KhTZ). The company is affiliated with DCH group associated with domestic tycoon Alexander Yaroslavkiy. Trading House KhTZ has exclusive distributorship agreement with Kharkiv Tractor Plant. Kharkiv Tractor Plant is the largest producer of crawler and wheeled tractors for agriculture in Ukraine and the CIS countries. The dealer network of Trading House KhTZ has offices all over the CIS and near abroad. To remind, DCH purchased non-operating Kharkiv Tractor Plant which resumed production in February 2017.
