Mr. Yaroslavsky noted that he, as an owner of a controlling stake in the tractor plant, is responsible for the economic performance of the enterprise. Thus he is ready to invest $ 300-500 mln. The major shareholder reminded that historically the Kharkiv Tractor Plant produced not only the agricultural machinery but also military machines. Consequently, the investor mulls on resuming production for military purposes.
The president of the DCH group intends to attract European and the US investors too. To remind, the plant closed its production, as the law enforcement agency had blocked the accounts for financial transactions.
Thus, the plant is under engineering and manufacturing reorganization aiming at adopting the operations of the plant to functioning under current market conditions.
