Ukrainian entrepreneur Maksym Krippa has invested in the development of a biotechnology and healthtech ecosystem. His partner in the deal is Yevhen Shagov, co-founder of the preventive medicine clinic Age Management System, who develops projects in the field of modern medicine and health technologies.
Under the agreement, Krippa acquired a 50% stake in the Age Management Ecosystem fund founded by Shagov. The partnership is designed for the long term and provides for the creation and scaling of innovative medical projects, including personalized medicine, healthtech, biomedical research, as well as educational and technology products in the healthcare sector. The fund describes this as the formation of an industry at the intersection of preventive medicine, technology, and health management.
Maksym Krippa emphasized that the health management and longevity segment is one of the most dynamic in the world. For Ukraine, this area is becoming especially relevant due to the impact of the full-scale war on the physical and mental health of the population.
The terms of the deal, including the volume of investment, have not yet been disclosed by Krippa’s representatives. One of the investment areas is the creation of a network of mid-market clinics in cities with populations of over one million, with facility sizes ranging from 200 to 500 square metres and an estimated cost of around $3,000 per square metre, Shagov said. The partners are also considering the launch of digital products, including a personalized health management app.
Maksym Krippa has previously invested in various assets: in February 2025, he invested in DIM Group, which develops residential real estate in Kyiv and the surrounding region; in May 2025, he invested in the company that owns 50% of the International Exhibition Center on the Left Bank in Kyiv. He also acquired the Parus business center in 2023 and privatized Hotel Ukraina in 2024.
Before the outbreak of the war in eastern Ukraine in 2014, Yevhen Shagov developed several clinics in Donetsk, including in the field of aesthetic medicine. After relocating to Kyiv with his wife Maryna, he launched a number of medical and educational projects, including Aesthetic Consilium, Shagov Aesthetic Medicine, and AM System. As of 2026, Shagov is a co-owner of Age Management One and Age Management System, which together generated UAH 48.3 million in revenue in 2025, up 14.6% compared with the previous year.
