MHP decided to buy unprofitable Exdrop registered in Poland. Roftan Holding has filed with Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection over Exdrob’s plant in Kutno. In the meantime, Raftan Holding is associated with MHP.
Polish poultry producers, who are leaders in the EU market, are concerned with a new market player coming into the EU market. The price of Ukrainian poultry can be cheaper and Ukraine gets more preferences in entering the EU markets.
To note, MHP grasps 55% share of Ukrainian poultry market.
