Lavina Mall owners mull construction of a megamall with an area of 100 thousand square meters near Lisna metro station in Kyiv. Passenger traffic at Lisna underground in Kyiv has already become larger than at the central railways station, told Vitaliy Boiko the CEO of NAI Ukraine.
The new megamall will be a part of the supermall chains associated with the businessman Vagif Aliyev.
The new shopping and recreation center can benefit from the favorite location, as Lisna underground station is a hub station for the growing capital city suburbs.
As of present, the developer works upon a conceptual framework of the megamall. The project design works are expected to finish in the nearest future and the construction works will commence afterwards. The shopping and entertainment center will be a three-storey building having underground and main entrances. The shopping center will be put into operation in 2019.
To note, Vagif Aliyev is a final beneficiary of SEC Lavina, Blockbuster and Ocean Mall. The businessman also holds rights for a land plot and Ice Stadium in Kyiv where SEC Yuzhny (Southern) is expected to be built soon.
