The land plots will be offered again through open auctions on the Prozorro.Sale system, the NBU press service reported. All parcels were transferred to the National Bank as repayment for outstanding refinancing loans previously issued to Ukrainian banks.
The plots are designated for two categories of use: construction and personal farming. According to the list published by the NBU, 75 plots are allocated for construction, while the remaining parcels are intended for agricultural purposes.
All plots are located within Kyiv region, specifically in the Makariv, Bucha, Vyshhorod, Obukhiv, and Brovary districts. Selling the land through open auctions ensures that potential buyers can acquire property in an official and transparent manner.
