The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine informs that it has given permission to LLC "Volyn-Zerno-Product" (TM "Viliya") to acquire an agricultural enterprise in the Ternopil region.
The message states that permission was given for the acquisition by Volyn-Zerno-Product LLC of a share in the authorized capital of Bio-Lan LLC, which ensures an excess of 50% of the votes in the supreme management body of the company.
According to Youcontrol, Bio-Lan LLC (village of Gorynka, Ternopil region) is owned by George Rohr (USA) and Maurice Tabasinik (Australia), who are the owners of NCH Capital (GK Agroprosperis).
LLC "Volyn-Zerno-Produkt" cultivates about 30 thousand hectares, operates granaries with a capacity of 380 thousand tons of one-time storage.
