Logistics company Nova Post has opened the largest logistics terminal in Moldova near Chisinau, investing €800,000 in the project. The company’s press service announced this on June 30.

The new logistics hub, with an area of 3,800 sq. m, is designed to process up to 10,000 parcels per hour and operates 24/7. The terminal performs the full cycle of logistics operations, including centralized sorting of shipments, customs clearance, sorting for courier delivery, and routing to parcel lockers.

Cargo branch No. 25 also operates on the site, handling shipments weighing more than 30 kg.

At present, the terminal processes an average of 35,000 parcels per day, while a recent record reached 80,000 shipments in 24 hours. The hub handles all categories of shipments, including documents, standard parcels, and oversized cargo, both within Moldova and in international traffic.

At the same time as the terminal opening, the company launched Nova Post’s first fulfillment hub in Moldova, designed to serve online stores. According to the company, the new infrastructure makes it possible to significantly speed up order execution: purchases placed by customers before 01:00 can be delivered across the country by the next morning.

The company also announced further development plans in the country. The next stage will be the construction of a new sorting center in Balti, which will increase the capacity of the logistics network.

Nova Post continues to actively expand its international presence. As of February 2026, the Nova group, founded by Volodymyr Popereshniuk and Viacheslav Klymov, was already operating in 17 countries, including Moldova, Poland, Lithuania, the Czech Republic, Romania, Germany, Slovakia, the Baltic states, Hungary, Italy, Spain, France, the United Kingdom, Austria, the Netherlands, and the United States.

The company entered the US market on February 18, 2026, launching cooperation with international logistics operator UPS.

At the end of 2025, Nova group’s revenue increased by 21% to UAH 54 billion. At the same time, net profit declined by 37% year-on-year to UAH 2.6 billion.

In 2025, the company delivered 522 million shipments, 8.8% more than a year earlier. Of the total volume, about 13 million were international parcels.

At the end of the fourth quarter of 2025, the group’s profitable foreign markets included Poland, Moldova, the Czech Republic, and Latvia, confirming the effectiveness of the company’s international expansion strategy.
