OKKO Founder Acquires Agricultural Producer Kairos-Holding

Ukraine’s Antimonopoly Committee Approves Vi.An Holding’s Acquisition of Agro Asset in Western Ukraine

Ukraine’s Antimonopoly Committee has granted approval to Vi.An Holding Limited (Cyprus), a company affiliated with prominent Ukrainian businessman Vitaliy Antonov, to acquire control over Kairos-Holding LLC, an agricultural enterprise with operations in Ternopil and Rivne regions.

OKKO Group, controlled by Antonov, confirmed the acquisition aligns with its strategy to expand its agricultural footprint and land bank in Western Ukraine — an area known for its favorable growing conditions and strong crop yields.

The group is also nearing completion of a 60,000-ton grain elevator and is constructing a bioethanol plant with an annual production capacity of 85,000 tons. The launch of the bioethanol facility is scheduled for H2 2026. In parallel, OKKO continues its strategic collaboration with local agribusiness “Hadz-Agro” in the Ternopil region.

Kairos-Holding, established in Lviv in 2024, focuses on crop production, construction, wholesale fuel trade, and brokerage services. According to open-source data (Opendatabot), the company reported UAH 1.543 million in revenue and a loss of UAH 1.136 million, with total liabilities and assets nearing UAH 857 million. Founders include Bohdan Kuspys and Ivan Kotsio, known for their ownership of bakeries, restaurants, and construction companies.

OKKO Group is one of Ukraine’s largest diversified business groups, comprising over 10 companies in trade, production, construction, and service sectors. Its flagship business is the OKKO gas station network, which includes approximately 400 fueling complexes across the country. Vitaliy Antonov remains the group’s ultimate beneficiary.
