KMZ Industries, a Ukrainian supplier of grain processing and storage equipment, has signed an agreement to deliver elevator equipment to a pig farming enterprise located in the Lviv region. The company, whose name has not been disclosed, plans to build its own feed mill.
The facility’s initial capacity will be two tonnes of compound feed per hour, with plans to scale up production to ten tonnes per hour in the future.
This will allow the enterprise not only to fully meet its internal feed needs but also to distribute products on the domestic market in Ukraine.
To transport raw materials, the facility will use a bucket elevator, three chain conveyors with a capacity of 50 tonnes per hour, and five screw conveyors to feed materials directly into the feed production unit.
KMZ Industries is a leading Ukrainian manufacturer of integrated grain storage and processing solutions and the country’s only producer of a full range of elevator equipment. Based in Karlivka, Poltava region, the company uses modern equipment from European, Japanese, and American manufacturers, and operates its own design bureau, installation division, and service department.
