Premier Hotels and Resorts started construction of an apartment hotel in Bukovel resort in April 2017 and plans to finish the construction works and open it for customers in 2019. The new apartment hotel in Bukovel resort in the Carpathian Mountains will be run under Premier Resort Hotel brand. The total area of the apartments will make 7,054 square meters over the 0.25ha land plot.
LevDevelopment from Lviv is the property developer and the building contractor of the project. The company claims that 30% of the apartments will be sold by end-2017. The minimal price of a square meter stands at USD 2,300. The price includes cost of makeovers, furniture, and home appliances.
The hotel operator manages 17 hotels, that have 3-5 stars rating under brands of Premier Palace Hotels, Premier Hotels, and Premier Compass Hotels. The hotels are located in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Lviv, Dnipro, Odessa and other large cities in Ukraine.
The founder and the CEO of Premier International LLC is Iryna Sidletska, according to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities of Ukraine.
