Producer of “Tse — Yaitse!” invests in the construction of two poultry farms in Khmelnytskyi region

Yednist’ Group, one of Ukraine’s largest egg producers, plans to expand production by building two new poultry complexes in Khmelnytskyi region

The project is being implemented by the newly established Letychiv Poultry Farm LLC, which is part of the group’s structure.

According to Ukrainian media reports, the first poultry farm will specialize in rearing young laying hens. It is planned to be built near the village of Shrubkiv in Khmelnytskyi district on two land plots with a total area of 4.49 hectares. The facility will include two poultry houses with simultaneous capacity for up to 375,000 birds, as well as supporting infrastructure.

The production cycle provides for three bird placements per year, ensuring annual capacity of around 1.125 million birds. Housing will be organized using an aviary multi-tier system. The enterprise is expected to employ up to 10 people.

The second facility, an egg production poultry farm, will be built near the village of Rudnia in the same district. It is designed for simultaneous housing of up to 1.45 million laying hens and production of up to 1.3 million eggs per day, equivalent to approximately 474.5 million eggs per year.

The site will include eight poultry houses, storage facilities, and sorting workshops. The total area of the facility will amount to 10.7 hectares. Production will be supported by the supply of young birds from the first farm in Shrubkiv. More than 100 jobs are expected to be created at the enterprise.

The project description states that its implementation will have a positive socio-economic impact on the region, particularly through additional revenues to local budgets and the creation of jobs for the local population.

Yednist’ Group, formerly Inter-Yednist Holding, is one of Ukraine’s leading agricultural holdings. The company specializes in the production of compound feed, eggs, egg products, veterinary drugs, vaccines, and feed additives.

The group’s head office is located in Poltava, while its production facilities are based in Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Poltava, and Khmelnytskyi regions. Its structure includes, among others, Kremenchuk Poultry Farm, Poltava Poultry Farm, Agrofirm Dnipropetrovska, Marhanets Poultry Farm, Zarichna Poultry Farm, Dykanka Feed Mill, and other enterprises.

The holding markets packaged eggs under several brands, the best known of which is Tse — Yaitse!

Control over Yednist’ Group is exercised by Ukrainian businessmen Bohdan Yesipov, Serhii Semeniachenko, Andrii Milovanov, Mykola Skliar, and Mykhailo Zhykhariev, who hold the assets primarily through Cypriot companies.

Alongside Oleg Bakhmatiuk’s Avangard and Ovostar Union of Borys Bielikov and Vitalii Veresenko, Yednist’ Group is among Ukraine’s largest egg producers. Together, these companies control more than half of the market, while media outlets have repeatedly discussed their high market concentration and influence on egg prices in the country.
