According to the InVenture portal, a profitable WashHub self-service car wash has been listed for sale in Sviatopetrivske (Bucha district, Kyiv region), located only 5 km from Kyiv’s border. The facility has been in operation since October 2023.
The complex occupies a 0.15-hectare land plot and includes a 40.1 sq. m building in excellent technical condition, fully equipped with utilities. It is strategically positioned at a key road junction connecting the Big Ring Road, Vyshneve, and Boyarka, directly opposite the modern “Petrovskyi” residential quarter.
The car wash features six bays and four vacuum stations, fitted with Italian Nicolini high-pressure pumps, an osmosis water treatment system, heated flooring, and an autonomous diesel generator. Full technical documentation and equipment supplier support are available.
In Q1 2025, the facility generated revenue of UAH 2.25 million, delivering an average profitability margin of around 55%. Operations are managed via an individual entrepreneur (FOP) leasing structure with a staff of three employees.
Future growth potential is supported by ongoing construction of an OKKO gas station and a nearby food retail outlet, both expected to drive significant additional traffic.
The business is offered for sale at $630,000. The deal includes a limited liability company (LLC) with all assets as well as the land plot, currently registered to a private individual. The owners are selling to redirect investment into another project.
