The company has engaged DELTA Ukraine, a construction and project management firm, to support project execution and the expansion of its logistics park network.
The investment includes $10 million allocated for the land acquisition. According to the company, 30% of construction work has already been completed.
The first phase of the Odesa facility is already fully leased to both domestic and international tenants, including major retail chains such as EVA and Varus.
The full WinHub "Tavria" complex is expected to span 350,000 sq.m, with a total value of $245 million.
Terwin plans to resume active construction in June 2025, after conducting further risk assessments. The company also intends to launch a second logistics complex in Kyiv in 2025.
Across four Ukrainian regions, Terwin is developing a network of Class A logistics hubs with a combined area of 1 million sq.m, representing an estimated total investment of $700 million. A significant portion of the space will be used for in-house operations, while the remainder will be leased to third-party tenants.
