Terwin Acquires 18 Hectares in Kyiv Region for WinHub Logistics Park

Terwin has acquired an 18-hectare site near Kyiv for the first WinHub logistics park, part of a planned 1 million sq. m warehouse network with projected investment of about $1 billion

Terwin Corporation, founded by Ruslan Shostak, has acquired an 18-hectare land plot in the Kyiv region for the construction of a modern Class A logistics park under the WinHub brand. According to the company’s press service, construction of the first park is scheduled to begin in the second quarter of 2026. This is only the first of ten sites the company plans to acquire for the WinHub project in 2026–2027.

The project was presented on March 12 at MIPIM in France, one of the world’s largest real estate investment exhibitions. According to the company’s plan, the first logistics park in the Kyiv region will provide around 116,000 square meters of warehouse space by 2030, while the broader WinHub network is expected to eventually total 1 million square meters, with approximately $1 billion earmarked for construction.

The acquired site is located in the village of Mriia, within the Dmytrivka territorial community of Bucha district, just 7 km from Kyiv, along the international E40 highway, which runs through France, Belgium, Germany, Poland, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, and Kyrgyzstan. This provides direct transport connectivity with Kyiv, European countries, as well as eastern and southern regions of Ukraine.

The WinHub project envisions the development of Class A warehouses along key Ukraine–EU transport corridors. Facilities are planned in Kyiv, Odesa, Lviv, and Dnipro.

In October 2023, Ruslan Shostak consolidated 17 companies into Terwin Corporation, which includes major retailers EVA and Varus. The corporation’s name combines the words territory and win. According to Shostak, the purpose of establishing Terwin was to strengthen strategic management, investment planning, and accelerate business scaling.
