It is reported that as part of the agreement, Konkur Investments Limited, a subsidiary of Michael Blazer's SigmaBleyzer, will sell almost 126.1 million shares of AgroGeneration (representing 56.90% of the share capital) at a price of $0.036 per share. The total cost of the transaction is $4.5 million plus the repayment of $3.2 million of debt on the current account.
The French company AgroGeneation with assets in Ukraine was founded in 2007 and specializes in the production of grains and oilseeds. 56.90% of AgroGeneration shares belong to the investment holding Konkur Investment Ltd, managed by SigmaBleyzer, 9.89% - Libyan Foreign Bank, the remaining 33.21% are traded on the stock exchange
The war caused significant losses to AgroGeneation as a result of the destruction of fixed assets, inventories, and the liquidation of several farms. The agricultural holding estimates the total loss at €16.7 million.
