A new plant operated by Smart Line has started production in the VinIndustry industrial park in Vinnytsia. The company specializes in the manufacture of spray booths for metalworking enterprises. The facility has already begun output and completed its first export deliveries to European countries. The launch was announced on May 7 by Dmytro Kysylevskyi, Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Economic Development.
The new plant has a designed capacity of 20 spray booths per month. The first phase of the facility covers 2,800 square meters, with total investment reaching UAH 46 million. The company plans to create 150 jobs at the site. At present, the plant employs 32 specialists, while recruitment is ongoing for another 15 workers.
Spray booths manufactured at the Vinnytsia facility have already been delivered to Poland and Moldova. In addition, the company is fulfilling an order for a customer in Estonia, indicating that the plant began export operations almost immediately after the launch of production.
Smart Line is also preparing to expand its manufacturing capacity. By the end of 2026, the company plans to build a second phase of the plant with an area of 5,000 square meters, with commissioning of the new production building expected in 2027. Investment in the second phase is estimated at UAH 60 million. Once the expansion is completed, the company is expected to become the largest manufacturer of spray booths in Ukraine.
To implement the second stage of the project, the company expects to use state incentives available to industrial park participants. These include a zero VAT rate and zero import duty on equipment, as well as the possibility of applying a zero corporate income tax rate for 10 years, provided that the released funds are reinvested into business development.
Additional incentives for industrial park residents are also available at the local level. Vinnytsia City Council has reduced the land tax rate for industrial parks from 3% to 1% and has also exempted park participants from real estate tax.
The VinIndustry industrial park was established in 2021 on the initiative of Vinnytsia City Council. The total area of the park is 26 hectares. In addition to the Smart Line plant, other industrial enterprises are already operating or under construction within the park.
