SoftServe acquires the mobile and web developer Hoverstate

SoftServe acquires the Hoverstate company, which has offices in the United States and Italy. The amount of the transaction is not disclosed.

One of the largest IT companies in Ukraine, SoftServe, has announced about the acquisition of Hoverstate, a company specializing in full-cycle mobile and web development. Hoverstate’s Strategic Director and Managing Partner, Rob Faver, as well as the Director of Innovation and Managing Partner of the company, Kyun An, will join the SoftServe.

Hoverstate has a strong expertise in process automation and is a key partner of Pega, a well-known low-code platform. Such expertise will strengthen SoftServe’s offerings in the global market. The company’s clients will now have access to accelerated cloud-based processes and efficient development using data and analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning, — company states.
