Ukrainian SoftServe acquired Polish IT company

SoftServe, a major IT outsourcing company in Western Ukraine, announced that it has acquired Coders Center, a privately-held enterprise technology firm headquartered in Poland

“Coders Center brings valuable experience in the implementation of enterprise content management systems, and this acquisition supports SoftServe’s strategy to strengthen our platform and cross-vertical industry expertise,” said Brian Borack, SoftServe’s COO.

“This acquisition will grant our customers and developers access to additional resources and a global network of more than 4,000 technology professionals, enabling us to offer even greater value to modern enterprises,” said Tomasz Gibas, CEO at Coders Center.

Founded in 2014, Coders Center specializes in enterprise content management systems and e-commerce platforms.

According to SoftServe, this is the second ECMS (enterprise content management systems) relationship for the company, which recently announced a new partnership with ADAM Software.

Launched 23 years ago, SoftServe is among the biggest employers in the IT industry in Ukraine.

In addition to Ukraine, SoftServe operates in the USA, UK, Germany, Netherlands, Poland, Bulgaria and Russia.

Last year, SoftServe was ranked among world’s top IT service providers in the 11th edition of Global Outsourcing 100 released by the US industry association IAOP.
