As noted on the Prozorro website. Sales, starting price of one of the largest producers of peat briquettes in Ukraine, Volyntorf, was UAH 190.19 million. The only bidder was Agrobiostandard LLC. A company registered in Terebovlya, Ternopil region, offered UAH 212.22 million for Volyntorf and became the winning bidder.
Agrobiostandard LLC also have to pay UAH 20.2 million of the company’s current accounts payable.
"Volyntorf" is a profitable enterprise. For the first half of 2023, it received UAH 90.4 million in income, and for the whole of 2022 - UAH 200 million. For January-June 2023, Volyntorf earned UAH 6.2 million in net profit, and for the whole of 2022 – UAH 10.6 million.
Previously, fuel was exported to Poland and Slovakia, but now it is sold only in Ukraine.
A single property complex of the State Enterprise "Volyntorf", located in the village. Prilesnoye, Kamen-Kashirsk district, includes 109 units of real estate (industrial, warehouse, administrative premises, etc.) with a total area of more than 21 thousand square meters. m.
The company employs 302 employees and has 164 vehicles on its balance sheet.
